Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS AGREEMENT TO HIRE A CADDY FROM CADDY HIRE
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Any business undertaken by Caddy Hire Limited (herein after called “the company”) and the Client is transacted subject to the conditions hereinafter set out.
The Company undertakes to provide a caddy who has been carefully vetted, is fully experienced and will aim to give you a more enjoyable game of golf. The caddy will arrive 30 minutes before tee-time, suitably dressed, and meet the Client at an agreed place to discuss the requirements before the game.
The fee for a caddy will quoted to the Client after initial enquiry.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
On acceptance of the quote an invoice will be sent out to the client setting out the full cost and payment details.
The Client’s payment must be received no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice. If the booking is made less than 30 days from the date the caddy is required payment must be made immediately. A receipt will be sent to the client on receipt of payment. If payment is not received before the date the caddy is required the Company reserves the right to withdraw the services of the Caddy.
The Company asks that the client gives as much notice as possible when cancelling a booking. However, there are various costs involved as soon as a booking is made. Therefore the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 21 days notice Full refund (less £5 administration fee)
21-14 days notice 50% refund
13-4 days 25% refund
3 days or less No refund
All refunds will be reimbursed into the customer’s bank account via BACS transfer.
On the day, at the end of the game the caddy will ask the Client to sign a document confirming they have fulfilled their obligation. The Company would be grateful if the client could do so, and add any relevant comments/feedback on the experience. This allows the Company to monitor the caddies and constantly improve the service provided. However, you are under no obligation to provide any comments, but it is essential the caddy’s booking form is signed.
PASSING ON INTRODUCTIONS
Introductions are confidential and all caddies are directed through Caddy Hire. The passing on of an introduction to another golfer, which results in the caddy working directly for a golfer, will result in the caddy being struck off the Company’s employment list.
In order to reduce the paper used we endeavour to do all correspondence by e-mail wherever possible.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with the service provided by Caddy Hire and would ask that you “spread the word” and of course come back and use us again
